We would love to show you a property that we have listed.  Before we show any of our listings, there are a few things that we require and have explained to the sellers before showing their property.  We can't be everywhere at once and so we will always focus our time on clients that are committed to us first.  Things we require to show a property:

1. Are you working with a Realtor/real estate agent?  If so, just have them call us and we would be more than happy to set up a showing for them to take you through the property.
2. We require that you be pre-approved with a lender or show proof of funds and email us a copy of the pre-approval/proof of funds prior to meeting.
3. We must meet with you at our office first to get to know each other, go over your goals and make sure we are a good fit to work with each other. 
4. If you feel good about working with us and you like the way we do business, we would be more than happy to set up a showing for you.
